I confirm that I meet the following requirements for this trip:

Physical: Basic swimming skills, sufficient shoulder mobility for paddling, and the general fitness to handle waves and board movements.
Mindset: A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and feeling comfortable in water environments.
Health: We advise you to consult with your General Practitioner regarding your participation.

I hereby confirm that I hold valid medical insurance covering international travel and sports activities for the duration of the surf sessions. I acknowledge that ensuring sufficient coverage is my sole responsibility.

I agree that photos and videos recorded during the project may be used by NOMB Changes, free of charge, for documentation and marketing purposes in print, audiovisual, and online media. (Note: As discussed, we handle all imagery with the utmost care and respect for your privacy.)
