Basic swimming skills, shoulder mobility to paddle, and general fitness to handle waves and board movements.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and comfort in water environments.

We advice you to check with your local GP about your participation.

I hereby confirm that I hold valid medical insurance that meets the requirements for coverage abroad for the duration of the surf coachings, and I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure this coverage is sufficient.

I agree that any pictures & videos which have been recorded during the coaching may be duplicated, forwarded and be used by NOMB Surf free of charge in audiovisual and online media for documentation and marketing purposes.
